No, start where you are. You can be significantly overweight, it doesnt matter. You could have spent the last year sitting on the couch, it doesn’t matter. You could have a bad knee, or two, it doesn’t matter. All you need to get started and succeed is a sincere interest in making a change, in improving your health and fitness. Show up and it will happen.

We have no contracts. We are either providing a service that you find of value or we’re not. If we aren’t helping you improve your health, we’re not interested in keeping you locked into payments.

Everyone starts with a free consultation. If you decide we’re the right place for you, you’ll do an on-ramp class to learn the basic movements and get oriented to the gym. Then, you’ll join the group classes. The consultation is free and the on-ramp is included when you sign up for our unlimited membership.

All of our classes are 1 hour, which includes warm-up, workout and cool down.

Yes, almost always. But the intense soreness that you’ll likely feel for the first few workouts will subside to a more enjoyable level of soreness. More like a body awareness.

Yes, we use an app that allows you to see the workouts, track your scores and progress and interact with other members.

We welcome visitors. Fill out the waiver. Pay for class. Let noah@wildcatcrossfit.com know which class you’ll be attending so he can let the coach know to expect you.
