Everyone new to Crossfit begins with an on-ramp class. This is a one hour, one-on-one training session where you’ll learn proper bio-mechanics for the common CrossFit movements, get oriented to the gym and get a little workout in. The on-ramp is included when you become a member. After the on-ramp session, you’ll be ready for the group classes, where we can accommodate a wide range of fitness and ability levels. Some may benefit from another on-ramp class or two, thats fine, we’ll make sure you’re ready to train safely and effectively.
What you can expect at a consultation:
Your first visit with us will be about 20 minutes long. We’ll give you a tour of the facility. Then we’ll sit down and talk.
