Noah Providence, Owner + Coach

Noah has more than 20 years experience in health and fitness education. He holds Certifications in personal training from CrossFit, the American Council on Exercise, the Providence Institute and an A.A.S. in Respiratory Therapy. He brings his deep knowledge of anatomy, human kinetics and biomechanics to a coaching approach that is welcoming, supportive and fun.

Laurie Jackson, Coach

Laurie is certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. She has also earned certifications in CrossFit Mobility and Olympic Lifting. Laurie is also an A.C.E. personal trainer & group fitness instructor. She is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, a Certified TRX instructor, Certified RCAA running coach.

Laurie holds several certifications in Zumba and Spinning. Laurie holds an Associates Degree in Fitness Sports Sciences from Pima Community College, Tucson, AZ.

Laurie has been working as a fitness coach for well over a decade. She is a highly enthusiastic, encouraging, and dynamic coach. In addition to coaching an excellent CrossFit WOD, Laurie also teaches Zumba, Spin, and Water Aerobics at other Tucson fitness facilities.
